Enhancing workforce capabilities

On April 4, 2022, Dat Phuong Group held a leadership appointment ceremony, marking a crucial step in reinforcing its executive structure to achieve the Group's long-term strategic goals. During the event, Mr. Dinh Gia Noi and Mr. Pham Quang Binh were appointed as Deputy General Directors. To facilitate the transition to a group-level operational model, all functional departments were upgraded to divisions, each redefined with enhanced responsibilities to meet the demands of this new development phase.
Additionally, several key leadership positions were announced. Mr. Thai Huy Cuong was appointed as Director of Hotel Investment and Development, Mr. Le Van Dung was appointed as Head of the Equipment Division, Mr. Pham Quang Su and Mr. Pham Van Tuyen were named Deputy Heads of the Bidding Division. These appointments demonstrate the Group's commitment to building a strong and capable leadership team that drives growth and unlocks greater value for both the company and its employees.
Welcoming two new subsidiaries to the ecosystem
Dat Phuong is adopting a modern corporate governance model designed to create a synergistic ecosystem among its subsidiaries. Under this model, the parent company focuses on strategic planning and resource allocation, while the subsidiaries are empowered to implement strategies and grow independently based on their unique strengths and capabilities.
In addition to its traditional core areas in infrastructure and transport construction, Dat Phuong is also expanding into civil construction, which will lay the foundation for broader market reach.
In 2022, the Group established two new subsidiaries: Dat Phuong Construction JSC No. 1 and Dat Phuong Construction JSC No. 2. At Dat Phuong Construction JSC No. 1, Mr. Le Hoang Mai was appointed as General Director, with Mr. Luong Viet Thang and Mr. Pham Cong Uan serving as Deputy General Directors. At Dat Phuong Construction JSC No. 2, Mr. Tran Van Duan was appointed as General Director, and Mr. Pham Anh Tuan and Mr. Phan Van Luong as Deputy General Directors.
These subsidiaries not only extend the Group’s operations but also represent an opportunity to plant “green seeds,” a metaphor for the Group’s internal strengths, which include professional talent, advanced equipment systems, and strategic growth potential.
