Located in the buffer zone of the Seven Women Coconut Biosphere Reserve, in the heritage city of Hoi An, the challenge for Casamia's developer and planning unit was to conserve the natural landscape and maintain the ecological beauty in harmony with modern value-based architecture, adhering to the stringent architectural standards of Hoi An. With water flow leading to each zone highlighted with greenery investment, most of the units in Casamia have a river view and natural green space. In addition, inheriting the unique features of Hoi An architecture, the yin-yang tiled roofs combined with layered house architecture make Casamia the perfect answer for an eco-friendly urban area worthy of a heritage city.

Bringing a natural and harmonious living space to the heart of Hoi An, Casamia is a luxurious green urban area with unique high-class properties, a place to preserve and convey a long-term vision for future generations.
