In 2024, amid global economic turbulence and domestic market challenges, Dat Phuong remained focused on five core sectors: Construction, Energy, Real Estate, Hospitality, and the production of ultra-clear glass for solar panels. The Group’s primary goal continues to be the development of a comprehensive Dat Phuong ecosystem, strengthening brand synergy and fostering growth potential across each business sectors.
During the meeting, Dat Phuong presented its 2025 business plan, targeting consolidated net revenue of VND 4,755.5 billion and consolidated pre-tax profit of VND 416.9 billion, representing year-on-year increases of 32.9% and 21.5%, respectively. The parent company, which oversees strategic direction and resource allocation, targets net revenue of VND 3,751.9 billion, a 20.8% increase from 2024.
As the cornerstone of the Group, Construction is expected to remain the main growth driver, with projected net revenue of VND 3,750 billion, accounting for over 78.8% of consolidated net revenue. Dat Phuong is reinforcing its brand through major national infrastructure projects including expressways, tunnels, cable-stayed bridges, and arch bridges. The company continues to emphasize the adoption of modern technologies and the optimization of construction timelines and costs.
In the Energy. Dat Phuong leverages its expertise in plant operation, supervision, and routine maintenance to enhance the efficiency of its hydropower facilities. The Group expects to achieve net revenue of VND 486.2 billion from this sector.
The Real Estate is projected to generate VND 519.3 billion in pre-tax revenue. Dat Phuong is expediting legal procedures for the Con Tien Urban Area project to ensure its sales launch by the end of the second quarter of this year. The Group is also exploring high-end real estate developments in various provinces, aligned with its mission to create "nature-harmonized living environments."
In Hospitality, Dat Phuong is expanding its collaboration with Hilton. The Casamia Hoi An Hotel is scheduled to begin operations in the second quarter of 2026, while construction of the Dong Na Hotel is expected to start within the same year. These initiatives aim to enhance customer experiences and cater to the growing demand for premium services from both domestic and international tourists.
In March, Dat Phuong marked a significant milestone with the groundbreaking of the first ultra-clear glass factory in Hue city. The group is finalizing legal procedures and preparing for construction and equipment installation, aiming to enable technology transfer by the second quarter of 2026. Concurrently, recruitment and the development of a production management system are in progress to ensure operational readiness.
Regarding the profit distribution for 2024, shareholders approved a 10% dividend payout. As part of its capital expansion strategy, Dat Phuong plans to issue 37.8 million shares from equity capital, with implementation scheduled for 2025. The Group will also accelerate its digital transformation initiatives, integrating advanced technologies into governance and operations across all business units. These efforts are designed to reinforce long-term and sustainable growth.
