On December 21, 2022, Dat Phuong Group broke ground on its first 5-star hotel in the city of Hoi An, Quang Nam province. This hotel is part of a chain of Eco lifestyle hotels that the Group is investing in to create unique, artistically-designed destinations in green spaces, offering a differentiated quality service experience and contributing to the tourism development of Hoi An and Quang Nam. 

 

The Casamia Hoi An hotel is located in the Casamia Hoi An urban area and has 174 standard 5-star rooms along with numerous utility spaces, following modern design language and preserving local values in sustainable green philosophy. The first hotel is expected to be operational in 2024. Coming to the Casamia Hoi An hotel nestled by the romantic Co Co river, visitors will experience a unique accommodation space inspired by the distinctive architecture of Hoi An. The modern architectural form with strong cubic shapes is enveloped by green trees combined with local materials such as concrete and is eco-friendly.
