On August 28, 2022, Dat Phuong Corporation opened the Bep Tre Restaurant at Casamia Calm Hoi An, following the success of Tre Coffee - Lounge & Dining in Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province.
With the desire to celebrate the unique flavors of the Northern, Central, and Southern regions of Vietnam and connect visitors from all over the world who come to Hoi An, Bep Tre Restaurant provides a feeling of "returning home" in a Vietnamese-style space. At Bep Tre, diners not only enjoy the essence of the three regions' cuisine but also experience an artistic space.
Bep Tre Restaurant - a unique artistic space
The love and pride for Hoi An's traditional handicraft villages have created a rustic yet delicate space for Bep Tre. A special highlight of the design is the open kitchen inspired by the shape of the Kim Bong carpentry village's upside-down boats resting leisurely after their fishing trips. The restaurant's decoration materials also come from the familiar Thanh Ha pottery village. Dat Phuong Corporation invested in designing the indoor and outdoor spaces of Bep Tre Restaurant, with an area of up to 600m2, accommodating 300 guests at Casamia Calm Hoi An, a resort-style urban area located in the heart of Hoi An heritage city.
The open kitchen is designed with inspiration from the traditional handicraft villages of Hoi An.
From fresh and clean local ingredients and the skilled hands of talented chefs, each dish is carefully prepared with unique recipes that preserve the distinct flavors of each region and create a unique culinary experience. If Northern cuisine is delicate and refined, and Southern cuisine is rustic and sweet, the Central cuisine is characterized by its spicy and rich flavor. Each dish tells a story, and each combination is a harmonious balance that creates a delicious taste and conveys the unique cultural characteristics of each region, providing diners with a different experience.

Especially, every weekend, Bep Tre Restaurant organizes performances that take diners on a journey through the folk arts of each region, from Quan Ho singing to Cheo, Bai Choi, and Don Ca Tai Tu music. This enhances the love and appreciation for the rich cultural values of the nation's ethnic groups.
On the opening day, Bep Tre Restaurant received many valued guests who love the three regions' cuisine, along with a crowded group of diners who came to visit Hoi An.
The performance program with the theme "Vietnamese Fragrance" intensifies emotions of intimacy for diners when enjoying the culinary experience of the three regions within a unique artistic space.
