Casamia Calm Hoi An Clubhouse by Dat Phuong Group wins IAA 2023 international architecture award

The IAA international architecture award, organized annually by the Chicago Architecture and Design Museum (USA) and the Center for Architecture and Urban Studies in Europe, is a prestigious and reputable award that honors new architecture and urban planning trends with a global perspective. 

Casamia Calm Hoi An Clubhouse is honored to receive the 2023 International Architecture Award selected by a jury of renowned architects. With over 850 entries, the jury worked diligently to select nearly 150 finalists in various categories. All winning projects this year will be published in a special issue of Global Design + Urbanism XXIII "New International Architecture 2023". 

Located in the Casamia Calm Hoi An urban area, next to Tra Que vegetable village, in the heart of Hoi An's heritage, the Clubhouse is one of the amenities invested by Dat Phuong Group to build high-quality services for the local community. 

With its unique architecture made entirely of bamboo, a sustainable natural material, the Casamia Calm Hoi An Clubhouse is shaped like interlocking baskets woven together in an artistic way, creating a distinctive architectural form that harmonizes indigenous and modern elements. 

To meet the demand for unique art-inspired destinations in a green natural space with differentiated high-quality services, the Clubhouse has been developed into a Tre Kitchen restaurant serving cuisine from the three regions of Vietnam. After more than a year of operation, Tre Kitchen has become a familiar destination for many domestic and international tourists to visit and enjoy the food.
