Dat Phuong officially announced a new brand identity on the occasion of its 20th anniversary, following the orientation of becoming a corporation with a diversified and focused ecosystem, continuing to maintain 3 core legs including: construction, energy, real estate and additional hotel and resort services. Each field will include many subsidiaries, operating activities to optimize resources, operate efficiently, and at the same time integrate resources of the whole corporation.

The parent company plays the role of strategy formulation, resource planning and net revenue target is VND 2490.94 billion, an increase of 162.7% compared to 2021. Subsidiaries execute strategies and have strong space to actively grow to their strengths.
Real estate continues to be a key sector, with a net revenue target of VND 1095 billion, will officially launch the Casamia Balanca Hoi An project (Cam Thanh), deploying, operating, and trading clubhouses in 2 Casamia and Casamia Calm Hoi An urban areas.Dat Phuong continues to accelerate the preparation stages of investment for new products in other provinces with the goal of creating unique products, in harmony with nature, bringing the highest benefit value.
In the field of tourism and resort services, investing in developing the Dat Phuong hotel brand with the 4-5 star segment, with the target of 500 rooms. The hotels are designed with a different style, creating a highlight. It is expected that in the third quarter of 2022, the first hotel will start construction in the Casamia urban area.
Infrastructure construction is a core foundation field with many advantages in human resources, equipment and technology, but it will face fierce and difficult competition, so in addition to maintaining the leading position in transport infrastructure projects, expanding into the civil construction segment to become a comprehensive construction enterprise. The power sector continues to maintain stable operations, with a target of 510.8 billion dong, and at the same time continues to look for effective hydropower projects for investment.
