Rather than recreating Hoi An through predictable architectural replicas, developer Dat Phuong has taken a more nuanced approach: distilling the destination’s core values and translating them into a contemporary hospitality environment. Under the creative vision of architect Vo Trong Nghia, the resort takes shape through staggered exposed-concrete cubic volumes, emerging among layers of greenery, natural light, and open spaces oriented toward the Co Co River and the nipa palm forests of Cam Thanh. Its architectural language carries a contemporary sensibility while remaining deeply connected to the natural landscape that surrounds it.

The existing greenery and native ecosystem have been preserved as an integral part of the story.
