The event was attended by representatives from the leadership of Quang Nam Province, the project investor, design consultants, supervision consultants, construction contractors, and many local residents living in the project area.
The Van Ly Bridge is designed as a permanent structure, with a length of 459.5 meters and a width of 9 meters (8 meters for the traffic lanes and a 0.5-meter guardrail on each side). The connecting road has a total length of 7.78 kilometers, which includes a 3.65-kilometer branch connecting to DT609B and DT609C in Dai Hoa and Dai An communes (Dai Loc District), and a 4.13-kilometer branch connecting to DT609 and DT605 at the Cam Ly intersection in Dien Hong commune.
The cross-section of the connecting road is 9 meters wide, featuring an 8-meter surface and paved shoulder, and a 0.5-meter margin on each side. The road structure will be made of asphalt concrete.
The Van Ly Bridge and its connecting road are constructed to complete the transportation infrastructure system as planned, linking two banks of the Thu Bon River. This project will facilitate the transportation of goods and promote socio-economic development in the western region of the province. The bridge will replace the Ong Doc ferry crossing, ensuring traffic safety, especially during the rainy season when floods often disrupt transportation in the Go Noi area.
Dat Phuong Group, the contractor executing the project, has committed to promoting the brand by dedicating resources to implementing the contract with the highest level of spirit and responsibility, ensuring safety, quality, and progress.
