Casamia receives Gold Award for "National Urban Planning 2021"

The Casamia Balanca Hoi An project has been awarded the Silver Award for the third round of the Urban Planning and Construction Awards (VUPA.2022) by the National Urban Planning Council. 

The "National Urban Planning" award was initiated by the Vietnamese Urban Planning and Development Association (VUPA) to enhance the position and role of urban planning, construction and management in urban and rural areas of Vietnam. The award aims to honor organizations, individuals, and businesses who have made outstanding contributions in the field of urban planning, development, and rural settlement in Vietnam. 

Located in the buffer zone of the Seven Women Coconut Biosphere Reserve, in the heritage city of Hoi An, the challenge for Casamia's developer and planning unit was to conserve the natural landscape and maintain the ecological beauty in harmony with modern value-based architecture, adhering to the stringent architectural standards of Hoi An.
