With an estimated total investment of approximately VND 700 billion, the project covers more than 23,935 square meters and comprises four seven-story apartment blocks, providing 684 apartments for nearly 2,200 residents.
Notably, the Social Housing Project at Con Tien Urban Area is being developed with a focus on enhancing residents’ quality of life rather than simply maximizing the number of apartments. With an average construction density of around 40%, the project prioritizes green spaces, community areas, and resident amenities, while maintaining harmony with the surrounding environment.
