The project entails construction the North-South Railway overpass and its approach roads, spanning a total length of 800 meters. The starting point is at Km 0+00, located at the centerline of Tran Bao Street, where it intersects with the East-West Boulevard at Km 3+324.15. The endpoint is at Km 0+800, situated on the East-West Boulevard at Km 4+124.15. The Thanh Hoa City Construction Investment Project Management Board will oversee the project.
This significant transportation initiative aims to enhance the local road infrastructure in Thanh Hoa City. It represents a crucial milestone in the city's socio-economic development, playing a vital role in connecting major roads and alleviating traffic congestion at the railway crossing along the East-West Boulevard.
