On November 24, 2018, Dat Phuong Corporation successfully organized the launch event of Casamia - "A floating home, an eco-friendly lifestyle". Hundreds of guests arrived early to explore the project and place their deposits.
The launch event marked a significant milestone for Casamia, a premium residential, recreational, and investment complex located in Hoi An, surrounded by the UNESCO world heritage biosphere reserve and the nearby estuary. Casamia is divided into three phases: Casa Galla, Casa Rivana, and Casa Vela, with a total of 51 villas.

On the occasion, the Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade (Viettinbank) Quang Nam and Nam Thang Long branches became the exclusive loan providers for purchasing Casamia Hoi An.
"The loan amount can go up to 80% of the capital demand, with the repayment term of up to 20 years. The interest rate for the first 12 months of the loan term, equivalent to 70% of the loan, will enjoy a 0% interest rate," said Ms.Trần Thị Mỹ Hạnh, Director of Viettinbank's Quang Nam branch.
51 villas were occupied during the project launch event.
Attendees were also entered into a draw to win prizes worth VNĐ50 million, including one year of free Club house access for 4 people.
